​Since 1982, our firm has been providing quality, personalized bookkeeping services to local Austin businesses with an emphasis on individualized customer care. We provide simple and easy to read customized financial reports. We work closely with your in-house bookkeeper and your CPA. Our greatest referral sources are CPA firms because we prepare financial statements in an accurate and timely manner which allows them to effectively do tax planning and tax preparation. Though not exclusive, we have specialized experience in professional businesses such as dentists, physicians and attorneys.

In a world of increasingly automated account services, Kim's business philosophy strongly emphasizes the importance of providing personalized, one-on-one care and simplified financial statements that are relevant to each client's business needs. This philosophy is at the heart of Maire & Associates' successful reputation as a leader in the Austin bookkeeping/accounting industry.
A native of Houston, Texas, Kim attended The University of Houston where she completed her Bachelor of Science degree in 1979. Seeking a change of pace, Kim moved to the Austin area where she worked within the field of dentistry. In 1982, she was one of the original founders of what is now called Maire & Associates, LLC. With 38 years of experience, Kim specializing in bookkeeping/accounting services for professional clients such as dental, medical, law practices, consultants, physical therapist, psychologist, realtors, etc.

Originally from Dallas, Texas, Jillian moved to Austin in 2009 and received her Bachelor's degree from St Edwards University. She received 6 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience from a CPA firm prior to joining Maire & Associates, LLC. She enjoys working with her clients to consistently produce accurate financial reports and prides herself in always completing her work in a timely manner. She has recently been promoted to Office Manager because her customer service skills are exceptional. When she isn't working with numbers, she enjoys exercising the creative side of her brain with freelance photography as well as kayaking and exploring Austin.

Tina Voung joined the Maire Team in 2017. She graduated with a Bachelor and Masters Degree of Business Administration-Accounting Specialization and was Magna Cum Laude. Presidents List, Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and National Scholarship recipient. Tina is a joy to work with and we have received excellent feedback on her accounting/bookkeeping skills as well as how easy it is to work with her. Tina is fluent in English and Vietnamese.

Kathy and her family moved to Austin in 1982. She joined Maire & Associates in 2019, bringing thirty seven years of bookkeeping/accounting experience. She hit the ground running when she joined the firm, and we are thrilled to have another dependable team member with so much knowledge and experience. Kathy attended University of Texas El Paso. Away from the office, she loves to read, go on walks, and enjoy Austin music!
